was founded in 1988 by James B. Henry and Lynn S Hill, as a full-service commercial real estate company specializing in property management, leasing and sales in Napa, Sonoma, Solano and Marin Counties in CA.
JHL Commercial Properties handles property management and leasing for over 1 million square feet of leased and managed properties including office, warehouse, medical and retail spaces. By using state-of-the-art technology to access nationwide databases, we serve the needs of Northern California commercial property buyers, sellers, and tenants.
Continuing Our Education in Property Management Practices and Trends
JHL Commercial Properties keeps a proactive approach to property management, training and safety, by staying abreast of current property management industry practices and trends. Our staff regularly attends seminars on issues essential to keeping an owner’s property in the best possible condition. Recent seminars include training in Green Building, asphalt maintenance, AIR leasing, mold compliance issues, computer training for HVAC Systems and security and automatic door software administration. We also attend trade shows, some sponsored by ICSC, BOMA and IREM.
We are members of several local, state and national professional organizations including local Chamber of Commerce Chapters in California, Napa and Solano Counties, the United States Green Building Council (USGBC). Our employees are also members of local Service clubs.
