Our full time maintenance staff visits properties daily to perform routine maintenance and respond to owner and tenant concerns. Our tenants know and trust the maintenance staff, and we work with them to ensure positive interaction and a well-kept space. With our quick response time we are able to resolve issues quickly and at a minimal cost.

Preventive Maintenance

JHL Commercial Properties takes the hassle out of remembering and scheduling all those routine maintenance appointments, because WE MAKE THEM FOR YOU! We monitor all service contracts and warranties for your building and schedule needed services when due. We also handle annual and quarterly activities, compliance issues and inspections. Necessary repairs are planned and performed with agreed-upon circumstances. We care about the details that keep your investment up to the high standards of property ownership.

Porter Services

JHL TruckMaximum curb appeal is maintained through our onsite Porter service.

We have full time staff members whose primary responsibilities are the cleanliness and care of the property common areas, exterior walkways, and parking lot areas.
