He has over 25 years of commercial building
and engineering experience in all aspects of buildings, shopping centers and industrial
parks. Lynn has earned his CPM (Certified Property Manager)
Designation. This, along with his PE (Professional Engineer) and MBA in finance gives him a great background to
manage your properties. |

Scott is a graduate
of Oregon State University holding a B.S.
He is a Real Estate Licensee with over 14 years of Sales
and
Management experience.
He acts as a liaison for tenants, clients
and owners.

Property Manager
Jay is a real estate licensee who has managed both commercial
and residential properties . Having spent several years as
a Golf Professional, Jay recognizes the importance of client
relationships and customer service.

Manager
Shannon handles all
the accounting for our owners and properties. She maintains and runs all
reports for the company. Shannon has worked in the accounting field since
1993, and began property management accounting in 1996.
